Bikram Yoga, also known as Hot Yoga – 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room for 90 minutes. Each class will follow the same set sequence. Oxygen levels are increased in blood through Pranayama(deep breathing) and the blood is then systematically moved through 100% of the body, restoring all systems to healthy working order. You will increase strength, flexibility, muscle tone, mental focus and clarity, amazing for releasing stress. Bikram Yoga can assist in reducing the symptoms of chronic illness and injury. Core flow, is a flow yoga class to develop supple strength with an importance on hips, back and abs. Postures will also stretch and align the body, promoting balance and flexibility. This class offers immense health benefits – it lengthens the muscles at the same time as it builds endurance, strength and lean muscle tissue. It creates a state of consciousness of the inner workings of the body. The focus of this class is on coordination of the breath movement, connecting the body, mind and spirit on the highest level. Long, Slow and Deep, also known as Yin Yoga is a gentle, meditative class designed to de-stress the entire body and mind. Very relaxing. Prepare to breathe deep, let go, and feel amazing. 75 minutes.

Pregnancy Yoga is specially designed for pregnant ladies, regardless of previous yoga experience or not. It is suitable for all stages of pregnancy. All postures are safe and modified for the pregnant lady. Yoga connects your body, mind, spirit and can connect you to your baby by giving you the opportunity to create a world (your body) for your baby that is healthy and peaceful. Kid’s Yoga is suitable for all children ages 3-12 years. Kids yoga is a fun, creative approach to yoga that is helpful for children who are still developing. Basic stretching exercise promotes strength, flexibility, coordination, concentration, and body awareness. Our kids yoga classes take place in a safe and fun environment which will promote a feeling of well being and respect for others.

Meditation focuses on the deep interconnection between mind and body. It helps with the eradication of mental impurities and as a result, a life lived by increased awareness, non-delusion, self-control, happiness and peace.
